Role Overview
Enterprise customers adopt NOVA to automate their most important workflows. As an Enterprise Solutions Architect, you will guide them from first workshop to production deployment, designing agent workflows that deliver measurable outcomes.
Responsibilities
Lead technical discovery and architecture workshops with enterprise buyers.
Design and prototype agent workflows connected to customer systems of record.
Support security reviews, VPC deployments and compliance questionnaires.
Feed customer insights back to product and engineering.
Requirements
5+ years in solutions architecture, sales engineering or technical consulting.
Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure, APIs and data integrations.
Confident presenting to both engineers and executives.
Experience with AI or automation platforms is a strong plus.
